Oooohh - that's a tricky one. I was inclined to think if there was an "Act of God" that moved the ball, then Blue could grab the point. But then I looked up Penny's Rules, and I agree that 6.4.3 covers it. If the opponent/s saw Blue move after it had stopped they would claim atheism and put the ball back to where it had stopped.

Hmmm.... I think Red is not actually "off-side" but has remained in the Penalty area to which it was sent. If opponents wished to be sure Red would be inconvenient in this situation, they should have requested Red to go to Penalty Area C when Black ran Hoop 5. What do others think???
